Accounts in the RSUD Langsa Attendance App are linked to official
personnel records and are not self-created by users. This page
explains how to request account deactivation and deletion of your personal data,
and which data we retain and why.
1. How to Request
Submit your request through one of the following:
- Email teamitrsudlangsa@gmail.com with the subject "Attendance App Account Deletion Request"; or
- Contact the RSUD Langsa Personnel Department / IT team directly.
Include your full name, employee number (NIP), and work unit so your identity can be verified.
Send Request by Email
2. Data That Will Be Deleted
Once your request is verified (or when your employment ends), we will:
- Deactivate login access so the account can no longer be used.
- Remove the device link ("device lock") and notification token.
- Delete selfie photos and request attachments (e.g. doctor's notes) after the retention period.
3. Data That Is Retained
As a government institution, we are required to retain certain attendance records
as official personnel archives:
- Attendance summaries and history (without photos) and the audit trail of leave requests.
- Kept for as long as needed for administrative, legal, or applicable personnel-regulation purposes, then deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.
This retained data is used only for official personnel purposes and is not used for anything else.
4. Processing Time
Requests are processed within up to 30 business days after identity verification. You will be notified once completed.
